Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented
Business Development Executive
with proven experience in
manpower outsourcing services
within the
Oil & Gas, Power, Petrochemical, and Industrial sectors
in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of manpower outsourcing projects.
This position requires strong market knowledge, excellent networking skills, and the ability to drive business growth through strategic partnerships and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in
manpower outsourcing services
across
Oil & Gas, Power Plants, Petrochemical, and other industrial sectors .
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure consistent business growth and long-term partnerships.
Prepare and present professional proposals, quotations, and company profiles to potential clients.
Manage the
end-to-end business cycle , including requirement analysis, proposal submission, negotiation, project coordination, and post-deployment support.
Coordinate closely with
operations and HR teams
to ensure manpower availability, proper documentation, and compliance with
Qatar Labour Law .
Monitor ongoing projects, ensuring client satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
Develop and implement
sales, marketing, and growth strategies
in alignment with company objectives.
Maintain an updated database of
clients, tenders, and business opportunities .
Represent the company in
client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events
to promote services and strengthen market presence.
Conduct
market research and competitor analysis
to identify trends, pricing strategies, and new opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field .
4–7 years of experience in
business development or sales , preferably within
manpower outsourcing services
in the
Oil & Gas, Power, Petrochemical, or Industrial sectors
in Qatar.
Proven track record of
client acquisition, project coordination, and revenue generation .
Strong knowledge of
Qatar Labour Law ,
visa procedures , and
manpower operations .
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation
skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) .
Valid Qatar Driving License
(mandatory).
Fluency in
English ; knowledge of
Arabic
is an advantage.
