Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for both hard and soft services Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and industry contacts Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients Understand client requirements and propose appropriate FM solutions (cleaning, maintenance, pest control etc…) Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows Skills
3–5 years of experience in sales or business development within Qatar in Facility Management or related services Strong knowledge of facility management services (soft & hard services) Strong lead generation and networking capabilities. Proven track record of winning FM contracts.
