We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by generating and nurturing leads, closing sales, and building strong relationships with potential clients. You will promote a broad range of IT services, including Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, SEO, Web Development, Mobile Applications, Digital Signage, ERP, and industry-specific solutions like Restaurant and Clinic Management Systems.

This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a deep understanding of the IT services market.

Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by generating and nurturing leads, closing sales, and building strong relationships with potential clients. You will promote a broad range of IT services, including Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, SEO, Web Development, Mobile Applications, Digital Signage, ERP, and industry-specific solutions like Restaurant and Clinic Management Systems.

This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a deep understanding of the IT services market.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify and target potential clients in various industries (e.g., retail, hospitality, healthcare, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and digital channels.
  • Conduct research to understand prospects' business needs and pain points, proposing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentations & Demonstrations : Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of IT services like Digital Marketing, Web & Mobile App Development, SEO, ERP, and more.
  • Organize product demos and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of each solution.
  • Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and excellent customer service.
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
  • Upsell or cross-sell additional services where applicable to meet client needs and exceed sales targets.
  • Sales Targets & Reporting : Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Track and report on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends.
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline status, closed deals, and revenue forecasts to the Sales Manager.
  • Market Research & Industry Trends : Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in IT solutions and digital services, including SEO, digital marketing, mobile applications, and enterprise software.
  • Understand competitive landscape and market conditions to effectively position offerings and differentiate the company’s services.
  • Collaboration & Team Support : Collaborate with marketing, technical, and project management teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials, proposals, and other sales collateral.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience : 2-4 years of proven sales experience in IT solutions, digital services, or related fields.
  • Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with IT services such as Digital Marketing, SEO, Website & Mobile App Development, ERP, Digital Signage, and industry-specific software solutions.
  • Sales Skills : Strong ability to engage with clients, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly and persuasively.
  • Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills to understand client needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
  • Tech-Savvy : Comfort with using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-Centric : Strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience in selling complex IT solutions or software.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and other digital marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with ERP, POS, and management software for industries like restaurants, clinics, and retail.
  • Previous experience in SaaS or technology sales.
