We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our client in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG or skincare sales and a passion for connecting talent with opportunity. This role is essential in driving our business forward by expanding our client base and enhancing our service offerings.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients within the FMCG sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Participate in networking events and trade shows to promote the agency's services.
- Provide feedback to management on market conditions and competitor activity.
