The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in retail buying with a strong understanding of market trends consumer preferences and supplier negotiations. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute categoryspecific buying strategies that drive sales and align with the overall brand direction. Lead and mentor the buying team fostering a culture of creativity innovation and accountability. Analyze sales trends customer feedback and market research to make informed purchasing decisions. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and conditions. Oversee the product assortment planning ensuring alignment with seasonal strategies and promotional calendars. Collaborate closely with marketing and merchandising teams to create compelling instore displays and promotional campaigns. Monitor inventory levels ensuring an optimal balance between product availability and inventory turnover. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats. Accountabilities

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Fashion Merchandising or a related field; MBA or Masters degree is preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail buying with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills. Proven track record of successfully managing product assortments and driving sales growth. Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing market conditions. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Benefits
