We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team and play a key role in expanding our presence in the Distribution segment, focusing on Low-Voltage Switchgear, Control Components, and Wiring Devices. You will work closely with Traders, Franchise Panel Builders, Individual Panel Builders, and Facility Management teams to maintain strategic relationships with key accounts and generate new business opportunities within B & C Class projects and tenders.
Key Responsibilities
Expand the low-voltage switchgear and control portfolio to increase market penetration and client base.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within B & C Class projects.
Manage the new business segment, focusing on individual panel builders and genset manufacturers.
Monitor competitor offerings, analyze strengths and weaknesses, and position our products effectively.
Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers by offering tailored solutions.
Prepare progress and strategy reports, collaborating with the team to define growth plans.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in distribution and B & C Class projects.
Strong knowledge of switchgear, control components, and wiring devices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and preferably SAP systems.
