What You Will Do

The Sales Engineer – HVAC, Install will report to Senior Sales Manager – HVAC Solutions. Based in Doha, you will generate business by selling HVAC solutions to contractors and clients, driving growth for the installation division of Building Technology and Solutions, focusing on the HVAC portfolio.

How You Will Do It

You will perform site audits, propose improvements, develop sales strategies, qualify opportunities, prepare proposals, make presentations, follow up, and maintain customer relationships. You will interface with operations to deliver and improve service delivery, report progress, update sales tools, and forecast with accuracy above 95%.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or a similar field
• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience selling HVAC products (chillers, AHUs, FCUs) in the Qatar market
• Deep knowledge of HVAC systems
• Customer‑focused with ability to build relationships
• Excellent organization and multitasking skills in a fast‑paced environment
• Determined, results‑oriented, mature, with high team spirit
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Valid Qatar driving license
