Role HVAC Service Sales Engineer
Location Doha, Qatar
Employment type Part-time
About the role To achieve the booking and sales target for Service and Aftermarket Business Unit products (Service Agreements - Maintenance contracts, Service Repairs) with specified gross margin contribution and receivable days, in line with the company’s Environment, Health & Safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Order Intake : Work towards achieving the assigned order intake target in the categories of Service Agreements and Service Repairs, complying with company Finance, Ethics and Sales Policies.
Sales : Work towards achieving the assigned sales target in the categories of Service Agreements and Service Repairs, with aggressive internal and external customer follow-up.
Gross Margin : Work towards achieving the assigned Gross Margin target in the categories of Service Agreements and Service Repairs by extensive customer negotiation and winning projects at the right price.
Receivables : Be personally responsible for the pending receivables from customers and ensure that all outstanding balances are cleared in a timely manner.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
3-5 years of experience in HVAC service sales.
Knowledge of HVAC industry in Qatar
Qatar Driving license
Good command of written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
