Job Title : Receptionist
Location : Qatar
Job Type : Full-time / Contract
Job Description :
A renowned 5-star resort in Qatar is currently looking for a Receptionist to join its front office team. The ideal candidate must be friendly, well-presented, and experienced in delivering excellent guest service within a hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Welcome guests warmly and professionally at the front desk
Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Manage reservations, guest inquiries, and room assignments
Maintain an organized and professional reception area
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
Resolve guest concerns or escalate issues as necessary
Qualifications :
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in hospitality or front desk roles
Fluent in English ; Russian speakers or Filipino candidates currently in Qatar are strongly encouraged to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable, courteous, and service-oriented
Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus
Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
