Job Title : Receptionist
Job Purpose To serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers ensuring a professional courteous and efficient frontdesk operation while supporting general administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and polite manner
Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately
Manage front desk and maintain a welcoming reception area
Perform basic clerical duties such as typing, filing, and data entry
Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed
Coordinate correspondence and document handling
Requirements
Higher Secondary Certificate
Fluent in English and Arabic (read, write, speak); additional languages a plus
2–3 years of office experience in a similar role
Strong communication and telephone handling skills
Polite, well‑mannered and presentable (under 40 years of age)
Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office
