Job Summary :
As a Recreation Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests at a recreational facility. Your main duties will include greeting visitors, answering inquiries, managing bookings, and ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area.
Job Responsibility
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Answer phone calls and respond to emails or messages promptly. Manage reservations and bookings for recreational activities. Provide information about facility offerings, schedules, and pricing. Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records. Handle customer complaints or issues with tact and efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a recreational or hospitality setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure. Proficiency in using computer systems and basic office software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
