Job Purpose

  • Provide maintenance expertise in the field of Painting, Coating, Composite Wrapping and Hot and / or Cold Insulation to ensure a safe, efficient, and reliable operation for all Company Onshore Facilities.

Key Job Accountabilities - I

  • Provide technical knowledge and expertise and supervision in Painting and Insulation requirement / services for all Company Facilities.
  • Ensure that the Insulation & Painting manual and procedure, specification standards are followed within the department.
  • Lead the execution team to complete the task safely and quality. Plan and supervise the daily activities and submit daily and weekly reports to Management.
  • Assess and certify Painting Supervisor and Inspector in coordination with other relevant departments and verify and check Contractor's competency assessment procedure.
  • Provide procedural awareness and job execution implementation process session to end users.

    • Key Job Accountabilities - II

  • Inspect and audit Painting and Insulation Yard and oversee the work activity.
  • Improve and Review Painting / Insulation Procedure as when required.
  • Contribute to the preparation of annual operating Maintenance Budgets for Support services including Tools requirement. Ensure that all Spare parts and Tools are always readily available.
  • Provide maintenance assistance in the event of Plant emergencies.

    • Qualifications

  • Higher National Diploma (HND) in relevant discipline area.

    • Knowledge and / or Experience - I

  • 8 years' experience in the Oil & Gas Industry or Petrochemical Industry.
