Hiring : Senior Safety Officer – Oil & Gas Sector

Location :  Doha & Ras Laffan, Qatar

Role Summary :

Lead and manage Safety, Health, Environment, and Security (SHES) procedures for a major LNG project. Ensure safe execution across all phases, aligning with industry best practices and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement HSE plans, systems, and studies across project phases
• Review contractor HSE systems and ensure compliance
• Provide technical safety input during engineering and construction
• Lead incident investigations and emergency preparedness
• Analyze safety KPIs and drive continuous improvement
• Facilitate safety workshops (HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, etc.)
• Promote proactive safety culture and leadership across teams
