Concierge Assistant (Indian / Malayalee) in Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Concierge Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an Indian / Malayalee Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide information about the hotel and surrounding area
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, including processing payments and handling special requests
• Respond to guest inquiries and recommend local restaurants, attractions, and activities
• Arrange transportation or reservations for guests as needed
• Handle guest complaints professionally, escalating to management when necessary
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
• Assist with luggage handling when needed
