We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic, experienced QC engineer with knowledge of cable tray & steel fabrication to join our team. This position is based in either Qatar or Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Job Description & Responsibilities

Prepare and submit technical project pre‑qualification & submittal along with sample boards as per customer specifications.

Verify the quality of raw materials (e.g., galvanized sheets, fasteners, etc.) upon receipt and ensure they meet specifications for cable tray production.

Reject non‑conforming materials and raise non‑conformance reports (NCRs).

Monitor manufacturing processes (cutting, punching, bending, welding, etc.) to ensure adherence to specifications.

Conduct visual and dimensional inspections during production.

Inspect final cable tray products for physical dimensions, finish, burrs, galvanization thickness and perform tests such as thickness measurement.

Ensure labeling, packing, and dispatching meet quality standards.

Maintain inspection reports, quality control records and calibration logs.

Prepare daily / weekly QC reports and communicate findings to production and management.

Ensure all QC activities comply with ISO 1, ASTM, IEC, or any other relevant standards for cable trays.

Support internal and external audit processes.

Develop and revise quality procedures and inspection checklists.
