QAQC Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor project‑specific Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) plans and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, standards and client requirements.
• Conduct inspections on‑site for materials, workmanship and installations at various stages of construction.
• Raise and track Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Coordinate with client consultants and subcontractors for quality‑related issues and inspections.
• Maintain proper documentation of quality records including test reports, inspection records and material approvals.
• Review and approve Method Statements, Materials Submittals and other quality‑related documents.
• Support internal and external audits and provide necessary documentation and responses.
• Assist in training site staff and subcontractors on quality procedures and standards.
• Monitor calibration records of testing and measuring equipment.
• Prepare and submit weekly / monthly QA / QC reports to management.
