Responsibilities

Analyze current, past, and potential new customers to identify opportunities for Schindler to expand the Portfolio.

Coordinate, prepare and negotiate all offers and contracts consistent with the Company’s commercial guidelines, especially margin targets.

Maintenance contract conversions, gains and recoveries.

Coordinate the handover of new installations, gained, and recovered units to provide a positive experience to the customer.

Ensuring collection of any overdue in relation to contract sales. Work on collection with the credit controller to decrease bad debts.

Prepare and fulfil budget and key metrics with the Lead of EI Sales.

Coordinate, prepare, and negotiate all bid requests, frame contracts, tenders, and associated offers.

Act as a single point of contact to ensure fast and efficient solutions to key account issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

IT Skills : MS-Office, SAP, SharePoint is an asset.

3-10 years of experience in a similar role.
