Service Sales Representative

You like working with a team, can motivate and inspire people and mobilize them towards a common objective. You are hard-working, stress-resistant and result-driven. You can plan and set priorities as well as keeping deadlines– You know yourself and are continuously looking to improve. Bachelor’s degree in engineering. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. IT Skills : MS-Office, SAP, SharePoint is an asset. 3-10 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities
- Analyze current, past, and potential new customers to identify opportunities for Schindler to expand the Portfolio.
- Coordinate, prepare and negotiate all offers and contracts consistent with the Company’s commercial guidelines, especially margin targets.
- Maintenance contract conversions, gains and recoveries.
- Coordinate the handover of new installations, gained, and recovered units to provide a positive experience to the customer.
- Ensuring collection of any overdue in relation to contract sales. Work on collection with the credit controller to decrease bad debts.
- Prepare and fulfil budget and key metrics with the Lead of EI Sales.
- Coordinate, prepare, and negotiate all bid requests, frame contracts, tenders, and associated offers.
- Act as a single point of contact to ensure fast and efficient solutions to key account issues.
