Position Purpose :

To achieve maximum sales growth. Upsell and cross-sell additional services for customers to increase topline.
Provide after-sales services to maintain a positive relationship with clients.
Develop and build a sales portfolio through the insurance service offering.

Responsibilities

Generate new business leads through various sources.

Responsibility for the introduction of new business and potential clients.

Sell multiple types of insurance policies to potential clients, such as Motor, Fire, Medical, and life insurance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and fostering long-lasting connections.

Portfolio management reports (new business, renewal business), and collection reports.

Consistently achieve or surpass established monthly sales targets.

Excellent skills in communication and presentation

Gather information from clients to determine their risk profiles and recommend suitable insurance policies.
