Administrative Assistant (Egyptian) We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. As an Egyptian national, you will have a strong command of the English language and excellent communication skills. Your role will be to provide administrative support to our team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities
Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and meetings for management Prepare and distribute important documents such as agendas, presentations, and reports Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed Provide general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and record keeping Qualifications
Egyptian nationality preferred Fluent in English (spoken and written) Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Strong communication skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Application note
