Administrative Assistant – Umm-Said, Qatar (Egyptian Nationals). We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide support to our team in a fast-paced office environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities
Organize and maintain physical and digital files Schedule appointments and meetings for the team Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed Assist with various administrative tasks as assigned Requirements
Egyptian national currently residing in Qatar Proven experience in an administrative role preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision If you meet the above requirements and are looking for a challenging yet rewarding opportunity in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.
