As an Administrative Assistant, you will support the daily operations of the company by providing administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient and effective office operations Manage calendars, schedule appointments and arrange meetings Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner Prepare and edit documents, including correspondence, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets Maintain accurate records and files Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels Liaise with vendors and service providers as needed Other general administrative duties as assigned Qualifications
Must be of Indian nationality or have strong knowledge of Indian culture and customs Previous experience as an administrative assistant or similar role Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent communication skills in English Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently Benefits
