Role Overview As our Account Manager in Doha, you will be the face of Aubay UK in Qatar. Aubay delivers strategic recruitment, onboarding, and operational excellence across the UK, Europe, and the Gulf. As we expand our footprint in Qatar, we’re seeking a dynamic Account Manager to represent our brand locally and ensure seamless consultant experience and client engagement.
You’ll build trusted relationships with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders, ensuring every onboarding, meeting, and document is handled with professionalism and compliance. You’ll play a key role in maintaining operational excellence and supporting our growing consultant base in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior stakeholders to strengthen trust and partnership.
Lead regular client meetings to review ongoing projects, resolve challenges, and identify opportunities for additional services.
Act as a strategic advisor to clients by understanding their business objectives and aligning Aubay’s solutions to deliver measurable value.
Welcome and support consultants onsite, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Oversee completion of all documentation in compliance with local regulations and Aubay UK standards.
Liaise with UK-based teams to coordinate consultant start dates, training access, and contract logistics.
Collaborate with legal and HR teams to ensure all regulatory and visa requirements are met.
Support screening and vetting processes for new hires, including ID checks and reference validation.
Maintain visibility across consultant performance, wellbeing, and development needs.
Represent Aubay at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and foster new connections.
Requirements
Proven experience in account management, recruitment, or HR operations
Strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness, ideally with experience in the Gulf region
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance operational priorities
Familiarity with compliance processes and onboarding documentation
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
Professional, warm, and proactive approach to relationship-building
