Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales / Account Manager to join our team. You will ensure customer satisfaction through effective sales and deliver results from the FEED / Design stage to ordering, ensuring repeatable customer business. You will define and implement all sales and marketing activities, including products, services, and systems within the O&G segment, aligning with the given strategy to increase relevant metrics in selected market segments. You will develop and implement a market-based approach, including direct third‑party and project sales, while building customer relationships with key stakeholders to educate, inform, and solicit support for pursuing market opportunities and converting them to orders.

- Interpreting a segment strategy to meet requirements.
- Ensuring the value proposition for the target segment is developed and well communicated to all stakeholders, supporting the achievement of standards through clear definition and regular oversight.
- Identifying and prioritizing key accounts and providing appropriate feedback on market developments and requirements to achieve sales volume and targets.
- Monitoring appropriate prices and margins within the defined segment, supporting the sales team to negotiate key contracts.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships at senior levels with key customers, stakeholders, and decision makers to ensure effective communication about the segment.
- Managing large projects or processes with limited oversight from a manager, ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent, with a strong technical background and 10‑15 years of experience.Experience in High Voltage Transformers Automation Industry with exposure to large projects in Oil and Gas / Power Plants.Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead virtual teams and convince stakeholders in the project’s interest.Ability to work under pressure to deliver the country sales budget.Experience with SFDC or another ERP platform is an advantage.Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in SWOT analysis and player maps.Capability to develop work practices, learn from lessons, and implement improvements into processes.Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work under tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional and cross‑cultural teams.Analytical and problem‑solving mindset with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and challenges.Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.Accommodation for Individuals with Disabilities
