The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with partners to drive sales and revenue growth through sales channels. This role typically involves working with partners and vendors to ensure that the Logicom's products / solutions are effectively represented and sold and ensuring elevated levels of customer satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities
Driving sales growth through the channel by implementing sales strategies and providing the needed support to generate leads to meet or exceed sales targets.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing channel partners and identify opportunities for new partnerships.
Working closely with the marketing Team to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities with partners.
Negotiating terms and conditions of partner agreements, including pricing, delivery, and service level agreements.
Addressing any partner issues or conflicts promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive partner experience.
Analyzing market trends and partner performance to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
Ensuring that partners adhere to the company’s policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2- 4 years of experience in channel sales, account management, or a related role, preferably within the Data Center solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing partner relationships. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a Team.
