Job Objective
Responsible for locating and purchasing ship chandlery supplies, receiving quotes from suppliers, creating product codes, preparing purchase orders, and ensuring timely procurement of materials. Support the sales team to provide quotations, supplies, and other documentation.

Education & Professional Qualification
Minimum 2 years Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any field
Professional Experience
3 - 5 years experience in a similar office administration job and at least 2-3 years in a procurement role.
Computer Skills
MS Office package and knowledge of Oracle is preferred.
Language Skills
Business fluent English; Hindi is preferred.
Market / Industry / Functional Knowledge
Product knowledge of ship chandlery items and understanding of their application.
