We are seeking an experienced

HR Officer

to join our growing team at Octagon International Qatar. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with Qatar Labor Law, and supporting company policies across recruitment, payroll, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Support recruitment processes including screening, interviews, and onboarding. Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with labor and immigration requirements. Manage payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management. Handle disciplinary procedures and ensure proper documentation. Support employee engagement and performance management activities. Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years’ HR experience. Strong understanding of Qatar Labor Law and visa processes. Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems. Important Application Instructions
