Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflicts. Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into complaints, disciplinary matters, and policy violations. Provide guidance to managers and employees on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance issues. Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic goals and translate them into HR strategies. Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management. Support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives that drive business performance. Support succession planning, career development, and internal mobility. Facilitate performance management processes and provide coaching to managers. Promote a positive work environment and drive employee engagement initiatives. Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the organization. Monitor compliance with Qatar HR Civil laws, Employees Regulations and recommend updates to Internal policies as needed. Support audits and reports related to employee relations and workplace conduct. Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee relations cases. Track trends and recurring issues to recommend initiative-taking solutions. Prepare reports and summaries for senior HR leadership. Support the development and delivery of training programs on workplace behavior, ethics, and conflict resolution. Promote awareness of grievance procedures, anti-harassment policies, and employee rights. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field. 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and Qatar HR Civil law. Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
