We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and enthusiastic Sales Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management and a strong ability to motivate and lead a team. Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies for achieving revenue targets and expanding the customer base Manage day-to-day sales operations including reporting on sales performance, analysis of customer needs, budgeting, forecasting, etc. Create customer relationships through follow-up calls and visits with existing customers Monitor competitors’ activities to ensure that our prices remain competitive Train new sales representatives on product knowledge and selling techniques Provide regular feedback to senior management about sales performance Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field At least 5 years of experience in a similar role Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving skills Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic language is an advantage Application
