Sales Manager - Al-Khor, Qatar

We are in search of a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our fast-growing team in Al-Khor. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team to achieve company sales targets. Your main duties will include developing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and managing customer relationships.

To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should also have strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and coach team members.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
