The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the lounge, ensuring seamless service, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

To be considered for the role of Restaurant Manager for an Alcohol-Licensed Lounge in Abu Dhabi you will need to fulfill the following requirements :

• Lead and manage the lounge’s operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to luxury hospitality standards.
• Oversee the performance of the service and bar teams, providing training, mentorship, and support to maintain high-quality guest service.
• Collaborate with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure efficient operations and exceptional food and beverage offerings.
• Maintain and enforce compliance with local alcohol licensing laws and health and safety regulations.
• Build strong relationships with guests, ensuring personalized service and addressing feedback to enhance their experience.
• Drive profitability through effective cost management, optimizing resources, and developing innovative promotions to attract guests.
• Monitor and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for peak service times.

Previous experience as a Restaurant or Lounge Manager in an alcohol-licensed establishment is essential.

Strong knowledge of beverage service, including cocktails, wines, and spirits.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
