Restaurant Manager

to lead our client's 5-star hotel in Doha, Qatar, and uphold our position as a premier destination for luxury and hospitality. As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our guests enjoy memorable dining experiences. You will oversee day-to-day operations, maintain high service standards, and lead a dedicated team to elevate our restaurant's reputation. Responsibilities

Maintain the highest standards of quality and service. Operations Management :

Oversee reservations, seating, inventory, and budget. Staff Training :

Develop staff skills and product knowledge. Quality Control :

Ensure food and beverage quality meets our standards. Cost Control :

Manage budgets while upholding quality. Collaboration :

Work with the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Director on menus and promotions. Health and Safety :

Ensure compliance with regulations and hygiene standards. Guest Relations :

Build strong relationships with regular guests. Qualifications

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in luxury or fine dining. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations. Passion for guest satisfaction. Budget management and financial acumen. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
