About The Role
The Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl- Qatar is looking for a
Restaurant Manager
to join our talented team. This is a unique opportunity to work with the world’s leading luxury hotel company.
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for developing and operating a cost-effective operation that exceeds guest expectations through the service of high-quality food and beverages in a clean and comfortable atmosphere. They have overall responsibility for all aspects of the restaurant, including food quality, service, sales, profit, marketing & PR, and the development of team members.
What You Will Do
The Restaurant Manager will :
Develop a cohesive team of managers, chefs, and staff aligned with restaurant goals; lead with initiative to build and run a successful operation.
Foster a team atmosphere that is fun, lively, casual yet professional; set standards by example and lead weekly manager meetings for clear communication.
Work with the management team to increase guest counts and develop a loyal guest base; prioritize decisions that benefit guests, employees, and investors; strive for long-term results and guest return visits.
Oversee staffing from management to hourly positions; promote Four Seasons culture and a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
The Restaurant Manager ensures quality across beverage, food, service, and the physical restaurant. In particular :
Regular meetings with the chef on proper handling procedures and product freshness.
Maintain a safe, clean environment and proper product handling.
Discuss guest and staff feedback with the appropriate parties; oversee the beverage program and cost management, inventory, and storage.
Conduct daily walk-throughs and maintain a running list of essential and desirable items; plan upgrades in a timely manner.
Comply with Four Seasons’ standards of conduct as set forth in EmPact.
What You Bring
3–5 years of experience in a luxury hotel F&B division or equivalent, preferably with Four Seasons or another high-volume luxury operator.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to create a motivating work environment.
High attention to detail; ability to work independently and make sound business decisions.
