Restaurant Manager for Filipino Cuisine in Doha, Qatar

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our Filipino cuisine restaurant in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant including staff, inventory, customer service, and financials.

Responsibilities : - Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant - Hire, train and manage a team of servers, cooks and other staff members - Ensure efficient service and high quality of food for all guests - Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety - Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Monitor financials and ensure profitability - Handle customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner - Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones - Collaborate with chefs to create new menu items or special promotions

Requirements : - Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a Filipino cuisine restaurant - Ability to lead and manage a diverse team effectively - Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally - Familiarity with restaurant management software (e.g. POS) - Good organizational and time-management skills - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays - Fluency in English is preferred but not required

Salary : The salary for this position is 900$ per month.

City : This job is located in Doha, Qatar.

Nationality : This job is open to Filipinos only.

Contract Type : This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Experience Required : A minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a Filipino cuisine restaurant is required.
