We are looking for an experienced and talented Wedding Planner to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have great organizational skills and be able to plan and coordinate all aspects of weddings from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Book venues and vendors within budget

Create timelines and project plans for each wedding

Coordinate all wedding details from start to finish

Manage budgets and ensure expenses stay within limits

Provide guidance on wedding etiquette and traditions to help couples make informed decisions

Collaborate with clients to deliver a personalized wedding experience

Promote business services online (digital marketing experience a plus)

Qualifications

Proven experience as a wedding planner or similar role

Strong organizational and communication skills

Knowledge of wedding etiquette and traditions

Ability to work closely with clients and vendors

Creative mindset with attention to detail

Good English language skills; Indian nationals or holders of valid Qatar visas preferred
