The ideal candidate should have a background in floriculture and possess the necessary skills to create beautiful and innovative bouquets. They must be able to take direction from clients and work with a range of materials including flowers, foliage, and other decorative items. Furthermore, they should have excellent customer service skills and be able to work well in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Design flower arrangements and manage day-to-day shop operations.
• Order supplies and maintain the shop\'s inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist in managing staff.
• Complete administrative duties such as invoicing and taking payments.
