Wedding Planner vacancy in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. A reputable wedding planning company in Al-Rayyan, Qatar is seeking a highly experienced and talented Wedding Planner to join our team. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating all aspects of a couple's wedding day, ensuring that their special day runs smoothly and according to their vision. Responsibilities

Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision and budget Develop detailed plans for the wedding day, including timelines and budgets Source and book vendors such as florists, caterers, photographers, etc. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor payments Coordinate with venue staff to ensure all logistical details are in place Create and manage guest lists and seating arrangements Oversee the design and decor of the wedding venue Provide support and assistance on the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly Handle any unforeseen issues or emergencies that may arise during the planning process or on the wedding day Requirements

Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or in a similar role Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Creative mindset with a passion for weddings and event planning Knowledge of local vendors, venues, and resources in Al-Rayyan is preferred but not required Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus) Pakistani nationality preferred but not required Salary

$900 per month (negotiable based on experience) Additional Notes

This is an urgent position with immediate start date. The selected candidate will be responsible for finding their own accommodation in Al-Rayyan. Visa sponsorship will be provided if necessary.
