Wedding Planner / Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Wedding Planner / Coordinator to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Wedding Planner / Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of wedding planning and ensuring that each event is executed flawlessly.

Responsibilities : - Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision and budget - Recommend vendors and venues based on client preferences - Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage payments - Create detailed timelines and schedules for each event - Coordinate with vendors to ensure all services are delivered as promised - Manage communication with clients throughout the planning process - Oversee setup and execution of events on the day of the wedding - Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the planning process or on the day of the event

Requirements : - Previous experience as a Wedding Planner / Coordinator is required - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus) - Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
