Overview

Steps Real Estate is seeking Residential Sales Agents with a background in residential sales or client advisory to join our team on a commission basis.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in Residential Sales.
Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
Proficiency in CRM software for effective client management

Key Responsibilities

Source and secure residential property listings

Manage sales transactions

Conduct market research and property evaluations

Negotiate and close deals with clients and stakeholders

Build and maintain a strong client and property owner network

In-depth understanding of the Qatar real estate market

Outstanding negotiation and communication skills

Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations in Qatar
