Requirements : Minimum 1 year of experience in Residential Sales. Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written) Valid Qatari driving license Proficiency in CRM software for effective client management Key Responsibilities : Source and secure residential property listings Manage sales transactions Conduct market research and property evaluations Negotiate and close deals with clients and stakeholders Build and maintain a strong client and property owner network In-depth understanding of the Qatar real estate market Outstanding negotiation and communication skills Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations in Qatar
