Rental Sales Agent (RSA) – SIXT Rent a Car Qatar As a Rental Sales Agent, you welcome customers, ensure a smooth rental experience, and deliver premium customer service in line with SIXT’s international standards. Responsibilities :

Welcome and assist customers, ensuring premium international customer service. Provide rental information and resolve customer issues professionally. Promote Sixt products and services, upselling when appropriate. Create engaging content for Sixt Qatar’s social media platforms. Assist with managing our online presence (posts, replies, campaigns, and promotions). Handle opening / closing procedures and daily station operations. Build positive customer experiences and loyalty to the brand. Qualifications :

2–4 years’ experience in Car rental, Hospitality, Airlines, Customer service industry. Strong English communication skills (Arabic or French a plus). Computer skills with knowledge of MS Office; experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn...) is an advantage.
