Wage : QAR17,600.00 - QAR23,000.00 per month
Responsibilities
- Constantly reviews and advises improvement opportunities related to service quality and operational procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborates closely with the Head (VP) and Head of Strategic Planning in the development of all market research and provides timely feedback.
- Ensures collaboration across sales groups to broaden the scope of sales.
- Ensures teams are aligned with company policies.
- Maintains confidentiality of the company\'s information and enhances the company\'s reputation.
- Ensures sales resources have received appropriate training for sales methods, relevant technologies, and tools.
- Identifies training needs of the salesforce and designs and evaluates training in coordination with human resources.
- Reviews the performance of the respective country\'s salesforce as well as the design and estimation group and provides constructive feedback and development opportunities.
Qualifications / Requirements
