A Solution Advisor works closely with customers and prospects to identify and solve business challenges and meet strategic objectives using SAP solutions. You’ll be a subject matter expert within the sales cycle, providing functional and technical knowledge, deal support, discovery sessions, executive meetings, and software demonstrations. You’ll participate in marketing events, design thinking sessions, and collaborate with the sales team to identify whitespace opportunities at existing accounts. What You’ll Do
Successfully complete a 10-month program that builds a foundation for a successful customer-facing career at SAP. Participate in experiential learning opportunities with colleagues from around the world and acquire a wide variety of business, industry, and SAP solution skills while working with emerging technologies. Receive on-the-job training under a senior mentor, working with customers to gain real-world experience and guide them through digital transformation. Lead customer discovery sessions and survey activities to uncover business challenges and opportunities for innovation after program completion. Create and deliver high-impact software demonstrations and provide demand generation support through marketing events and deal execution support by responding to RFPs. Solution areas focus : HCM, Finance Q2C SAP SuccessFactors (HCM) covers core HR, payroll, talent management, employee experience management, HR analytics, workforce planning, and sales performance management. SAP Finance & Spend Management (F&S) includes accounting, procurement, and supplier management to boost visibility, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. S / 4HANA Finance Finance & Quote to Cash (Q2C) Procurement What You Bring
2-3 years of professional experience with a strong foundation in technical and business processes, relevant technologies / solutions, and customer-facing skills. Technical and business process knowledge with strong problem-solving skills to support solution delivery and operational efficiency. Cooperative and productive approach to working with others. Ability to quickly learn new concepts, adapt to changing environments, and apply knowledge to deliver results. Understanding of AI fundamentals, uses, and ethics to identify business problems solvable with AI. Resilient mindset with optimism and a drive for growth and success. Strong business acumen with knowledge of business processes and / or industries. Proficiency in English to engage with our global network. Based in Qatar. About SAP Academy for Customer Success
The SAP Academy offers a three-year journey to drive accountability, enhance productivity, and help graduates quickly impact customer-facing roles while fostering leadership potential. You’ll build a global network, solve real business challenges with customers, and gain hands-on experience with world-class cloud solutions while earning competitive pay and benefits. SAP supports a hybrid work setup (generally three days per week in the office or on-site) and plans a practical immersive component that may include four weeks in San Ramon, California, across two trips. The final decision will be communicated by Q1 2026. You may be asked to be fully engaged during intensive program phases, and vacation may be restricted during certain periods. Additional Information
