The SAP Academy for Customer Success is a global development program designed for talent who are early in their career based in Qatar.
What You’ll Become
A Solution Advisor works closely with customers and prospects to identify and solve business challenges and meet strategic objectives using SAP solutions. You’ll be a subject matter expert within the sales cycle, providing functional and technical knowledge, deal support, discovery sessions, executive meetings, and software demonstrations. You’ll participate in marketing events, design thinking sessions, and collaborate with the sales team to identify whitespace opportunities at existing accounts.

Solution areas focus : HCM, Finance Q2C
SAP SuccessFactors (HCM) covers core HR, payroll, talent management, employee experience management, HR analytics, workforce planning, and sales performance management. SAP Finance & Spend Management (F&S) includes accounting, procurement, and supplier management to boost visibility, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.

The SAP Academy offers a three-year journey to drive accountability, enhance productivity, and help graduates quickly impact customer-facing roles while fostering leadership potential. You’ll build a global network, solve real business challenges with customers, and gain hands-on experience with world-class cloud solutions while earning competitive pay and benefits.
SAP supports a hybrid work setup (generally three days per week in the office or on-site) and plans a practical immersive component that may include four weeks in San Ramon, California, across two trips. The final decision will be communicated by Q1 2026. You may be asked to be fully engaged during intensive program phases, and vacation may be restricted during certain periods.
