Sales Manager - Al-Khor, Egypt
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Khor, Egypt. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and grow our customer base. You will lead a team of sales representatives and work closely with other departments to ensure the success of our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide training and support
- Monitor market trends and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for management
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fieldMinimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably in a managerial roleProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a teamExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of CRM software is preferredFluent in EnglishSalary
1300$ per month (plus commission)
