The ideal candidate will specialize in preparing highquality doner and kebab dishes using traditional methods and authentic ingredients. You will be responsible for marinating grilling slicing and presenting kebabs to perfection while ensuring food safety and maintaining a clean work environment.

• Prepare season and cook various types of kebabs including doner shish adana and kofta.
• Operate and manage vertical rotisserie grills (doner machines) and open grills / skewers.
• Ensure meat is properly marinated using authentic recipes and spice blends.
• Slice doner meat with precision during service to maintain speed and quality.
• Prepare accompaniments such as salads sauces flatbreads and sides.
• Monitor food portions and presentation for consistency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and equipment.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP or equivalent).
• Manage inventory levels and communicate ordering needs to kitchen management.
• Work effectively in a team supporting kitchen staff during peak hours.
