We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Manager to lead our operations in Qatar. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our retail business in this vibrant market. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance market presence and achieve sales targets in Qatar. Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of the business. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and government officials. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies and identify growth opportunities. Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies, mitigating potential risks. Manage the budget and financial performance of the country operations, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and supply chain, to optimize product offerings and customer experience. Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. Preferred Candidate

Proven experience as a Country Manager or in a similar leadership role within the retail or wholesale industry. Strong understanding of the Qatari market, including consumer behavior and regulatory environment. Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Fluency in English and Arabic, any additional language is a significant advantage.
