Description
Lead Generation : Actively identify and generate new sales leads through a variety of channels, including :
- Cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and networking.
- Attending industry events, trade shows, and business forums.
- Leveraging online platforms like LinkedIn to identify potential clients.
- Developing a strong network of referrals from existing clients, architects, consultants, and real estate agents.
Market Intelligence : Maintain a deep understanding of the local market, including key competitors, new developments, and industry trends. Identify new market opportunities and potential client segments.
