Contract Attorney (Indian Nationals Only)

As a Contract Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and services on various contracts and agreements. You will review and negotiate contracts, ensuring they are in compliance with laws and regulations. This position is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English and have a law degree from a recognized university.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and negotiating contracts, including employment agreements, vendor contracts, leases, etc.
• Ensuring all contracts are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Providing legal advice to internal teams on contract matters.
• Keeping track of contract deadlines and ensuring timely renewal or termination of contracts.
• Conducting research on legal issues related to contracts.
• Collaborating with external legal counsel when necessary.

Requirements

This is a contract position with a competitive salary of $1,000 per month. Please note that this position does not include accommodation.
