Senior Sales Manager at Al Hamad Trading (Part of MH Almana Group of Companies)

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Doha, Qatar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing client accounts, maintaining strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities also include preparing sales reports, understanding customer needs, providing solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires maintaining a thorough knowledge of products and market trends, as well as collaborating with internal teams to enhance sales processes and results.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development : Experience in identifying sales opportunities, closing deals, and developing long-term client relationships.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Strong interpersonal skills to maintain client satisfaction and address customer needs effectively.
  • Analytical and Reporting Skills : Ability to analyze market trends, prepare sales reports, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Product Knowledge and Market Understanding : Familiarity with product specifications and industry trends to effectively promote and sell offerings.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as negotiation capabilities to persuade and influence clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently driven to meet targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
